Creation of a new industrial site
For more than 50 years, AVENTECH has distinguished itself in the design, industrialization and production of electromechanical and industrial equipment for the energy markets of today and tomorrow. To support its development, the company has entrusted the IDEC GROUP with the construction of its new industrial site in order to make Aventech the technological and industrial partner of new energies.
A 19,000 m² operation
Established on land of 38,000 m² straddling the municipalities of Alixan and Châteauneuf-sur-Isère, a few kilometers from Valence, this project will extend over almost 19,000 m². It will be organized around 2 dedicated production halls (industrial equipment / container & Low Voltage equipment) and a set of offices of approximately 1,000 m².
Note among the specificities, a specific architecture with differentiated heights to promote its harmony and a targeted BREEAM Level Good environmental certification.
A photovoltaic installation
To promote exemplary environmental integration and limit its carbon footprint, this project will be equipped with a photovoltaic power plant upon delivery. Studied, sized, installed and operated by IDEC ENERGY, this low-carbon energy source spread over an area of nearly 10,000 m² will allow a production of 2,770 MWh, or the consumption of 20% of the inhabitants of the municipalities of Alixan and Châteauneuf-sur-Isère.
11 months of work
Construction of this project began last October. 11 months of work will be necessary before this industrial site is made available to Aventech teams.
