The ALLIANCE project aims to equip the biogas sector with an innovative and unique solution for standardized production on a global scale of biogas purifiers and CO2 liquefiers in order to strongly contribute to meeting the major challenges of energy independence (France / Europe), the decarbonization and reindustrialization of our country. A WORLD FIRST IN THE BIOGAS SECTOR! By uniting the expertise of AVENTECH, European leader in the design, industrialization and manufacturing of critical electrical/industrial equipment and with the expertise of PRODEVAL, leader in the treatment and valorization of biogas, ALLIANCE aims to develop a production tool industrial and innovative in Drรดme.A 20,000 m2 factory will be created by the end of 2024 to support this multi-million euro project. 100% financed by AVENTECH, this factory will be intended to accommodate certain AVENTECH activities, and in particular the manufacturing of electrical equipment, and Shelter / electrical container and process (piping, etc.) in a single place in the heart of Rovaltain, strategic and economic location in theย territory of Valence Romans Agglo.5,000 m2 will be exclusively dedicated to the new production line for biogas and CO2 liquefaction units developed by PRODEVAL. AN INDUSTRIAL AMBITION THAT RESPONDS TO ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES AND MAJOR REINDUSTRIALIZATION CHALLENGES ALLIANCE is a new and unique dynamic for the entire biogas sector in France and around the world. To meet the major challenges linked to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and to provide answers to the energy sovereignty of territories (France / Europe), the new production line will aim to produce nearly 450 units per year, compared to 150 today.A previously unrivaled production capacity, which will make it possible to structure and standardize the sector to deploy solutions in all territories (Europe, North America, etc.). THE STANDARDISATION – ยซDESIGN FOR MANUFACTURING AND MAINTENANCEยป This is a real revolution for the biogas sector given the growth potential of the market, estimated at several billion euros by 2030, as well as the major challenges of the reindustrialization of France. The innovation of the ALLIANCE project lies in the combination of biogas purification and CO2 liquefaction solutions while developing the exportable nature, on a local scale, of the industrial solutions deployed.The result of this project, the VALOPURยฎ DFM (Design For Manufacturing & Maintenance) skids will be complementary to the existing VALOPURยฎ containerized membrane purification ranges, according to the needs of the sites and customers.The plant should be operational at the end of 2024.
