A firmly committed company

Our commitments

In 2022, we formed partnerships and patronage programmes with institutional stakeholders, associations, public authorities, locally and nationally.

Each of our actions is driven by the firm desire to make a concrete difference in the field. Our initiatives with Restos du Cœur, Seinformer Cancer (breast cancer association), Enfants de la lune (children with Xeroderma Pigmentosum), Enfants à l’Hôpital (support for hospitalised children), among others, bear witness to our concrete commitment with associations.

2022 was also marked by our multi-annual partnership with the City of Valence. Aventech has become a patron of the Plan Arbres, with the goal of planting 10,000 trees over the next 4 years. The funds allocated by Aventech will be specifically devoted to replanting the city’s schoolyards, and thus will improve the comfort of the children.

2023 gender equity index

Created by the Avenir Professionnel (Professional Future) law of September 2018, the professional equity index was designed to put an end to inequalities between women and men in the world of work.

The score obtained out of 100 points makes it possible to assess the level of equality between men and women. The higher the score is, the less inequality there is between men and women.
